Good afternoon families,
We are excited to share details about our upcoming Pre-K Graduation Celebration! Please review the information below so you and your graduate are fully prepared for this special day.
Date: Thursday, May 14, 2026
Location: School Cafeteria
Arrival Times:
Students arrive at 7:45 AM to line up for the processional
Parents may arrive at 8:30 AM and should be seated by 8:50 AM
Ceremony Start Time:
The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 AM
Seating & Ceremony Expectations:
Seating is first-come, first-served
Please remain seated unless directed by staff
Keep the middle aisle clear
When your child’s name is called, you may briefly step into the aisle to take a photo, then return to your seat
Attire:
Students should wear formal or nice spring outfits
Important Reminders:
Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling
No food or drinks are allowed during the ceremony
Please do not touch or take decorations
Follow all staff directions to ensure a safe and smooth event
Graduation Donations:
We welcome and appreciate any donations to help make this celebration special for our students. You can view and contribute using the link below:
After the Ceremony:
Families may stay briefly to visit with their child
One parent must sign out the student if leaving early to celebrate
Refreshments will be provided for students upon exit
Staff will announce when it is time to exit and continue the school day
